Placing Orders
- Place an Order: Once you have access to the platform, placing an order is simple. Select the tests you need, add them to your basket, and proceed to payment.
- Sample Collection: Kits are drop-shipped directly to your patients, who also receive collection instructions and information on how to return the samples.
- Sample returns: Each lab has their own specific instructions for returning the samples, please advise your client to read the instructions in each kit and ship back according to the instruction in the kit.
- Receive Results: When results are available, you will be notified by email, allowing you to prepare for your consultation with the patient.
